01Eligibility & Accounts
The Services are offered to invited and licensed users who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and license keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
02License Grant
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Sharkit desktop application for your own internal, lawful use, on the number of devices permitted by your tier. Each license key is bound to your device(s); device resets are limited to the quota shown on your dashboard.
03Restrictions
You agree not to:
- copy, resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Services or license keys;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by law;
- circumvent license, seat, or security controls;
- share your account or keys with unauthorized users;
- use the Services to infringe others’ rights, transmit malware, or disrupt the Services or any third-party system; or
- use the Services in violation of any applicable law or the terms of any third-party website.
04Third-Party Sites & Your Responsibility
The Services may automate interactions with third-party ticketing and commerce websites. Those sites are independent of Sharkit. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the terms of service, rules, and applicable laws governing those sites and your jurisdiction. Sharkit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party site, and we do not guarantee continued compatibility with any site.
05Fees & Subscriptions
Paid tiers are billed in advance on the cadence shown at purchase. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively; changes do not affect your current paid term.
06Software Updates
The Services include automatic updates delivered over a signed update channel. You consent to receiving such updates, which may add, modify, or remove features.
07Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, trademarks, and content, are owned by Sharkit Labs and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights other than the limited license described above.
08Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular outcome (including the acquisition of any ticket or item) will be achieved.
09Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharkit Labs and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sharkit Labs from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights or laws.
11Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification—will survive.
12Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sharkit Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
13Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
